Building "C": PROFESSIONAL and MEDICAL OFFICE BUILDING

The largest of the three buildings, 9,000 square feet total has direct exposure to Route 10 and the "Center Court Yard." It is the most visible . It too is a two story building. Building "C" affords the greatest flexibility in unit sizes and views. There are plenty of windows in all of the suites. Office suites are from 600 S. F.  at a minimum, and each has its own heating and air conditioning systems. The suites are partitioned by the landlord to suit the needs of the Tenant. 

Style:

All of the buildings are of a similar style and design. I love that North Carolina look of stucco finish and wood stained entrance doors, canopies and detail work. Well a little of  that has come to Morris County.
