Building "A" and "B" are fully leased. The School accommodates 130

Building "A": PROFESSIONAL and MEDICAL
OFFICE BUILDING
This is the smallest of the buildings, having a
total of 5,400 square feet on two floors. Building "A" is complete with
walk-in entries, both on 1st and 2nd.
levels. There are four office suites in this building, each having
1,350 square feet. Building "A" has direct exposure to both
the center court as well as the rear parking area. This building is
occuppied by the following: Home Instead Inc. Suite #100,
Goddard School Suite #200, Lincoln
Financial -Suite #300, and Veries & Reardon,
Family Law Suite #400.
Building "B": THE GODDARD CHILD CARE FACILITY
This building is an 8,000 s.f., one story,
building and has its entry from the "top" parking lot. The building has
a decorative porch fence for security around it and its adjoining play
area. Building "B" is also completed and occupied, and is leased to Tom
and Marion Pisciotta, and accommodates 130 children.
Building "C": PROFESSIONAL and MEDICAL
OFFICE BUILDING
The largest of the three buildings, 9,000 square
feet total has direct exposure to Route 10 and the "Center Court Yard."
It is the most
visible . It too is a two story building.
Building "C" affords the greatest flexibility in unit sizes and views.
There are plenty of windows in all of the suites. Office suites are
from 600 S. F. at a minimum, and each has its own heating and
air conditioning systems. The suites are partitioned by the landlord to
suit the needs of the Tenant.
Style:
All of the buildings are of a similar style and
design. I love that North Carolina look of stucco finish and wood
stained entrance doors, canopies and detail work. Well a little of
that is coming to MorrisCty.
Rents and Tenancies:
After you have perused this website, I will be

Rentals will start at $20.00 NNN. It is our intention to lease
to only professionals that will enhance the campus and be beneficial to
the tenants occupying the campus.
Construction Plan:
Building "A" and "B" are completed and fully
occupied. Our third and final building is ready for occupancy.
Occupancy dates are flexible and are at the convenience of our future

The exposure to Route 10, coupled with its
